Collecting Keys

I had a great conversation with a district manager from Minolta. He manages a large area on the west coast.

We started talking about career movement.

It came down to having a degree doesn’t mean squat. However it’s a key that will open doors. It gives you opportunities; it’s your job to capitalize on those opportunities.

The same applies for certifications. They are keys; the more keys you have the more doors that open.
